what is it then - you might wish to ask... and the answer:
beduin rank is across islam irrespective of which country one is from. beduin rank is attained ordinariily if one 'takes out' another, a wrong one, one with a mistaken belief based tyranny, some kind of bully tactic and so forth
once such an unwanted element of the social structure is disposed of the one in glory demands with his newly earned command he is now left well alone and does not answer to anybody in the immediate social cloth as the victory is in faith and he now has a place in glory and the others in the city or village etc do not necessarily hold such a prestigous position.
at this point he leaves all behind and goes out into the desert to set up his own camp where he will be the boss of those around a group of people who are not his family but are close friends and will have to manage with virtually only what nature provides
this is an immens task and the person in glory is now guided according to some other law yet unknown by him at te same time as implementing his own sharia law over the others in camp. all sorts of people arrive , those in trouble, those on the run, those offering help and those needing to learn and the beduin leader is responsible for their Islamic fate in heaven and writes their path according to some3 strict Islamic principles at play
sometimes camp grows into a village.
camp has to deal with matters of health as well as of public health, of law and order and write their own family law based on father respect
It is an immense task
being a beduin is a number four rank and (out of five) and is a very celebratory position.
the beduin camp is essentially celebrating true victory in glory and is doing so throughout a whole life time
needless to say the council were dumb founded with this information
for this reason we are Celebrating Bristol's victory in Beduin law with new digital platforms without the council
